Value Creation
Planning (VCP)
Our VCP process starts with reviewing the current state including the desirability and viability of the current products and the capability of the current team. Then we layer in an outward looking scan to get the current market context for size, segments, growth, and geography around us.

With the current opportunities and threats as "known knowns", we shift to looking forward to find the "known unknowns". What market drivers are in play? Will there be economic, social, demographic, technological, regulatory, or geopolitical trends that create opportunities? Will industry consolidation open blue oceans or make the waters run red? Where are competitors or VCs making investments?

Our Value Creation playbook includes internal optimization, process improvement and talent to decrease internal costs as well as creating more robust GTM capabilities, shorter sales cycles and increased customer acquisition to increase top line revenue.

Rebuilds (GTM)
When companies have stalled or slowed growth, many root cause issues can contribute or compound on each other.

Our GTM assessment starts with reviewing product market fit and then moves to examining sales tactics, scripts, objection handling, auditing individual sales calls and going on sales appointments with the team. Then we layer in a review of all customer acquisition efforts to evaluate effectiveness, cost, and conversion rates.

Once the root causes are uncovered, we apply a Silicon Valley-based methodology to introduce new GTM campaigns and test them before shifting energy away from existing methods.

It has been our experience that stalled sales growth is rarely solved with fancy new tech tools or better Salesforce dashboards. Unlocking growth requires getting one to one with potential customers to insure the company's solution to their pain is meaningful and sustainable.

When we analyze talent in an existing company, we like to think of an airplane trying to achieve flight. Typically, the primary lift in a company comes from a few key individuals attempting to generate enough lift to overcome drag and gravity to carry the entire team into the sky.
